Wiki Edit: Manuel Antonio National Park

Today I added some interesting information concerning outlets to view biodiversity in Maunuel Antonio National Park. As one can see in the article, I added the astute observation of : "Scuba diving, snorkeling, sea kayaking, mountain biking, and hiking provide great opportunities to experience the tropical wildlife that enriches Manuel Antonio, arguably one of the country's most beautiful and protected costal areas." I have experienced first hand the wonders of Manuel Antonio's biodiversity through these methods and it is definately something that I will never forget.

Wiki Edit: Melbourne Australia

Today I tackled the Melbourne article on Wikipedia. This is by far the most difficult one to make changes to, due to the fact it is so well written and conclusive in the first place. It seems to me that this was developed by a resident or guru on the city, as there is so much depth to the article. For this, my second edit, I decided to just run through the entire article and proofread for grammatical errors. I found only differences in spelling, but I decided to "fix" them any way. Such corrections were under the history and society & culture subheadings. The changes I made include changing centre to center and transport to transportation. This small changes can be viewed here. Thoughts on Class Topic: The Richness of Amazon

Today in class we talked about richness and reach and how they relate to delivering value to a company. Amazon was denoted as a company/service high is richness. That is, they have a highly personalized service that delivers value to their company...kind of like an electronic salesman. This gives Amazon a competitive edge in that it personalizes a page for every one of its clientele. It even makes suggestions for future reading material based upon previous purchases. This in turn leads to customer lock-in, making the cost of switching service larger...I mean, who wants to give up on a service that knows what you like to read about and gives you titles to check out! Spirits for Spring Break and Beyond

Today I added the fact that the eight time Pennsylvania state champion boys volleyball team is coached by Mr. Mike Vogel. He is an outstanding coach who has led both the boys and girls volleyball teams to countless league, district, and state titles. Way to go Mr. Vogel and Black Knight Volleyball!

Wiki Edit: Corcovado National Park

I made another addition to the Corcovado wiki article. (caulk it up to two!) I decided to add the interesting fact that Corcovado is a prime place to see red-eyed tree frog (listen for his single-note "cluck" sound when walking), the glass frog with its transparent skin, and poison-arrow frogs. The only advice I have is for travelers is to be weary of where you put your hands for these little guys pack a poison punch! Ouch!
